Cruise the coastline on an ePaddle or explore just below the surface with an underwater scooter, where the Mediterranean feels almost weightless. For a slower pace, try a paddle board or kayak — perfect for early mornings, solo moments or time shared with family. All stays include a complimentary one-hour paddle board session per person. Available during the summer season only. Advance booking is highly recommended. Private lessons can be arranged for adults and children. All consultations begin with a simple Body Composition and Metabolism Analysis, as well as a quick but extensive assessment of your muscular strength, flexibility and aerobic abilities through a series of exercises and movements. These findings will help your Personal Trainer pinpoint areas that need extra attention and select a personalised list of fitness exercises that will favour short and long-term results from a holistic perspective.
